To apply for a visa invitation letter, you need to complete the online registration form.
Once you have registered, you will receive the invitation letter.
While we do not offer complete waivers, we can consider a 10% discount for registration of up
to three persons in the same organization/institution. If you are interested in availing this
discount, please send an email to the email address of the conference.
The organizer does not accept any payment at the venue. All payments should be completed
before the conference date.
If you have a paper and want to present it, one person can register as a presenter, and all co-
authors will receive certificates. However, if the co-authors also want to attend or share the
presentation at the conference, they should complete their registration.
To issue a proforma invoice for conference fees, please provide the information of the attendee
and the attendance method (oral, virtual, or listener). Additionally, let us know if you want to
mention any specific information on the proforma-invoice.
We do not have a refund policy for registration fees. However, if your visa is rejected, you can
still attend the conference virtually.
